1. That a heritage listing either increases the value of your property or has a neutral effect.
2. That heritage assessors employed by NSW Council's to make recommendations about heritage listings are unbiased, have no financial conflicts of interest and/or only report factually using professionally accepted heritage assessment tools.
3. That Council Heritage Officers are there to 'help' owners of heritage listed properties and provide 'advice' and 'support.'
